Rules of War
Kg and Shadow’s Rules of War
By: Kg 007 and Shadow2446
The following are rules to be followed during war in Club Penguin.
-
If an army declares war on another, the other army has a choice of accepting it or not. If both armies accept the war, then a clear time, date, server, and room (‘s) must be stated clearly, so both armies can show up at the same time. If there is any misunderstanding of time or server, then the war does not count. In the event that the other army does not declare war, then if there is a battle in which both armies are present, it does not count as a battle. One army cannot take over a server if they are the only army present, if a recognized army already controls the server. In the event that one army does not want to go to war. The army counsel should make a treaty settling the difference of the armies, with both of the leaders agreeing. If one or both of the leaders don’t agree, then the army council will determine if the war has a good enough reason to happen.
-
Battles are won, only if both sides show up to the battle. The number for the total of the side must be 5 soldiers in the ranks on the site with evidence that those soldiers were there from that army and at the battle.
-
Battles will go on until one side surrenders. The war will still go on if one army from an alliance surrenders, but the other army (‘s) do not have to.
-
Allies must were the same pin, to identify that both armies are allies.
-
Some rooms are more important then others. The army’s base is the most important room.
-
If the battle were to change rooms, both leaders must acknowledge the change.
-
If a leader cannot make it to the battle, then a temporary leader must be named before the battle and both sides must know about this.
-
If an army invades a server (‘s) and wins, then that server (‘s) part of that winning armies nation. A government must be established in the server (‘s) within 2 days of the victory of the server (‘s).
-
If a room is full for a battle, each room will count as a separate battle, which will be equal in points. Remember, there has to be 5 ranked members from each side to count as an official battle.
-
No disrespecting other armies. A penalty assessed by the army counsel will be depending on how bad the disrespecting is.
-
If both armies follow the rules of war and within one hour there is no clear victory, then it will be called a draw, unless both army leaders agree to go on.
-
You may only be on one army when you are at war. Only one.
